Goal: This tenured client who is a leader as a Global Merchandising Company wanted to host an annual award show to recognize and reward outstanding employees, showcase the company's achievements over the past year, and strengthen its brand reputation in the Market. This event was to be high energy, high touch, and engaging!

Challenges: The event had to be executed to high-degree of excellence, as it was an essential part of the company's brand image and their first time doing an annual meeting in-person since pre-covid. The goal was to create an experience unlike anything they had seen to highlight the company's growth & trajectory.

Solution: EXP worked closely with the executive team to create an immersive and engaging Annual Award show that engaged employees & delivered an impactful experience for their first time back with a refreshing venue & new designs to engage. EXP helped design, manage & execute multiple days of learning, keynotes, and award shows spanning two venues,. The week of programing culminating in a high-energy award show & celebration that had employees dancing into the morning!
