Burke Museum
Woven Through Time, Spring Fundraiser
Mission: The Burke Museum was looking for a fresh take on their Annual Spring Fundraiser, which was returning in its full capacity for the first time since Covid! In order to accommodate guests, we created an outdoor tented experience, with guest activations and experiences happening inside the museum.
Experience: The Burke Museum is a non-profit museum located in Seattle, Washington, dedicated to preserving and promoting the natural and cultural history of the Pacific Northwest. EXP was hired to plan, design & produce their Annual Spring Fundraising event. Our goal was to create an event rooted in the theme of "woven" to symbolize the power of community, while honoring native PNW woven artifacts & culture.
The fundraiser was a resounding success, and the Museum achieved its goal to support the community and museum programs. The event attracted over 300 attendees, including prominent members of the community, philanthropists, and museum enthusiasts. EXP also helped create the first ever Burke "After Dark" Experience where we projection mapped custom visuals on the inside of the Burke Museum, where guests could boogie the night away with dinosaurs & explore museum collections post-fundraiser!
